Getting the hang but have a question, please

I just completed week one day 3, but there are 7 days in the week.  this is my second :o attempt at this.  The first time I did all three days in a row, this time I start again but did one day yes and one day not, okay what next or what in between.  It very difficult for me to do it straight but I am feeling much better in completing this.  Just please what do I do know or in between. :wub:

 

also I was just trying to introduce did't mean to do a new topic, sorry

Hello :) strength training in between runs is a great way to round off your work outs. Zen labs has great apps that focus on this. Make sure to take at least one rest day a week though.

Hi there and welcome to you!

 

On my other days, I lift weights, hike, bike, swim, whatever i want to get more exercise in. Zenlabs has lunges apps, Situps app, you name it, they challenge you. I use them a lot. Just search for Zenlabs in your app store.
