The first time I did all three days in a row, this time I start again but did one day yes and one day not, okay what next or what in between. It very difficult for me to do it straight but I am feeling much better in completing this. Zenlabs has lunges apps, Situps app, you name it, they challenge you. I use them a lot. Just search for Zenlabs in your app store. Good luck to you!
