I'm on week 1 day 3 I was wondering I know u shouldn't run every day when first starting. but I have a goal of joining the miltary so next week on my rest days do I think it would be a good idea to go w2d1 then on my rest day go w1d1 and go up from there. I'm a little over weight but I've lost 30 lbs but I need to lose more and I have to be able to run 2 miles in 17 minutes right now I'm doing 2 miles in 31 minutes. Any input would be good

Hey Joshua, thanks for enlisting, we appreciate you very much.

 

You can run as many days as you want too, just make sure you listen to your body and rest. Lift weights, bike, hike, etc.. anything to build strength and endurance. Keep us posted here!
