I have been told it gets easier? I can't picture it right now. I have MS but function well. I need to get 35 pounds off me so i feel better! Any advice is fabulous and appreciated! You can also walk fast too for a few times. You are moving and that is all that matters, moving=exercise!!!!! High protein, low carb is the way to go.
