Just never put all of my effort in and I couldn't go running without the kids. I've tried other exercises, I love walking also. But I want something for me, something to make a part of my lifestyle, something that will keep me healthy for years to come, something I could fall in love with for myself. I want running to be my "break-free", my release. I heard someone talking about the app and immediately checked it out. After Day 1 of C25k, I'm hooked. It was hard. Pushup challenge, abs, etc........ Get great shoes. Figure out what days you want to run, make a plan for weight training, etc........... We are all here to help you on your journey.
