Lwilson707 Posted July 7, 2015 Report Share Posted July 7, 2015 I lost 90lbs about 5 years ago and was in the best shape of my life. Then I went to Nursing school and my whole life changed. I gained it all back and didn't have the time or motivation while working nights. I now realize it is enough excuses and changes are needed although at a slower pace than my previous 3 hr per day workouts. I want to do my first 5k and run the whole thing so I have to start somewhere. Time to motivate myself and my children! Let's get this journey started! We've all quit at some point, some of us more than others (me ). The important thing is that you've decided to start again. Good luck!!
