Roman Soldier
I'm doing OK, for a 46 yr old carrying 5 stones too much. Not run for 20 years so it's not easy, but it is possible one step at a time, I break it down into 30 second countdowns in my head. Fast walk to the gym for the warm up then the rest on the treadmill followed by walk home. I've tried dieting and always pile it back on so it's this or nothing now. I will admit I'm dreading week 3 with the 3 minute jogs. Roman Soldier
