This is my first week and I just finished it. I signed up for my first 5k in sept. I am endeavoring to lose weight and just have an all around healthier life style. It's working pretty well I feel better even though my scale hasn't moved much. But im keeping hope Alive! I have been on a healthier lifestyle since may and I was 315lbs and now 298lbs.
