deeleynlynne
Before starting this I have only ever ran if I had to for the sport I was playing. My dad has always told me I run like I hate the ground, and I agreed. I've never enjoyed running. So once I stopped playing sports I stopped running and gained a bunch of weight. A week ago I said enough of my lazy attitude just try running it's cheap and you can do it whereever. Well that first day I was shocked to have made it through the entire workout, it kicked my butt but I did it. I somehow made it through the entire week, then I saw I would have to run for 90 second periods the next week. I was convinced I wouldn't be able to do it, we'll guess what I did I just completed week 2 day 1. That may not be impressive to some but for me I'm thrilled, expecially because I'm still pretty sure I look like I'm running like I hate the ground. Guest TrishE
Congrats! I always love hearing stories about people who do a workout they didnt think they could do. Our bodies are stronger than we think they are, its our brains we need to convince keep up the good work!
Roman Soldier
Your doing well, I'm a few days in front of you and yes it requires some hard work but it's definitely not as hard as you think. I've noticed my max heart rate has dropped and the recovery is faster. deeleynlynne
