Brand New

Hey, name's B and I 'celebrated' my 40th bday a few months ago at my heaviest weight, suffering depression and at a pretty low spot in my life. Fortunately I had a support system that helped me turn it around. Part of my plan of attack has to be getting back in shape. Started c25k because running is an activity I used to enjoy, easy on equipment and simple. Tackling this challenge as a barefoot runner though out of need to be more mindful physically while I do this. Did day one twice and am feeling pretty good after the second attempt. Here I go!
