5K to 10K

Started running in January (I know - resolutions!) and have been running three miles without stopping since March. Got benched with horrifying shin splints for 28 days (ugh!), and then fell off the wagon. Did a 5K in under 30 minutes today. Woo hoo! Start my first run towards a 10K tmrw. Week 9. Bring it!
