ashlem27 Posted June 24, 2015 Report Share Posted June 24, 2015 Hey everyone. I just finished week 1 day2. I am feeling pretty good about it so far. I used to be super athletic but since having my kids its hard to get back into shape. Hoping this will help shed some unwanted pounds and tone up a bit. Include them with some exercise and they will love it. You definitely do not want to ever ever stretch cold muscles. You will hurt something. Here is a link you can check out.
