Introducing Myself

Hi I'm Maranda, I'm 22 and extremely over weight. I have lost 11 pounds using my fitness pal, in fact that's where I learned about this app, so that's good. I just finished day 2 and am so excited. I didn't think I could do it but I did. I can't wait to see what I an capable of after its all said and done.


Also it says week 1 day 3 is there a week 1 day 4 and so on or do I just do it 3 times a week.

Welcome to our forums. Great help and encouragement here. You can do this. There are a lot of us on Myfitnesspal. I am kellyannbarr1. We cheer eachbither on there too. There is a Forum thread somehwere on here that shiws other members on there too.


It is Week 1, Day 1, 2 & 3. Then Week 2 , etc....... What I love to do is go 4 days, I just repeat one day. It is totally up to you, your choice. Other days I do other wprkouts, lift weights, etc..
