Printables?

Does anyone know if there is a printable available that has each week of the 13.1 app laid out? I'm trying to plan around the training with various other activities I'm involved in, and want to maximize my time if possible.

Or does the app automatically adjust to what you are accomplishing so having a printable wouldn't work so well?

What an awesome question and the first ive seen of that one. Great idea.

 

No, I don't think there is a printable, but contact support with that awesome idea. I write mine down here and there. The app does not adjust to your strides. Just keeps you moving amd motivated.
