I downloaded this app 3 months ago, and still have not started. Called my friend, she also has the app, she also has not started...we are starting tomorrow and I'm terrified I will fail! I was overzealous with exercise last year and had to stop, so I am fearful of overdoing it again. The fact that you used to run regularly is a good thing; I am sure that once you start, you will gain momentum and it'll get easier. One more thing: if you start to do it, you won't fail, even if you have to initially take it very slow. I'll let you know if I heed my own advice and start tomorrow! As a Fitness Insructor, I do totally understand burnout. While I still do not workout like I used to, I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with these apps. I do not think even I would workout like I do if I did not have these apps, so motivational and these Forums are Fabulous. WE are all here to cheer you ladies on! DO IT!!!! HUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
