hjpopp Posted June 5, 2015 Report Share Posted June 5, 2015 I got through run 3, skipped run 4 and started again on run 5. That's about the same time my calfs and shins hurt so bad I had to stop. Is the burning sensation normal? Is there anything I can do to help prevent it before I start? I have been walking a mile about 3-4 times a week for the past two months.
