So far I'm loving this app. My goal is to build stamina and I'm certain that as long as I get my runs in and push myself I'll get there. I'd love to be able to run a marathon. My calves were on fire but I just kept on going and eventually the pain went away. I guess it is possible after all to run through the pain. Had a good run earlier and I'm probably gonna go for another run tonight. M A Y B E
