Hello, my name is adam. New here but not new to running. At my peak I was doing 6 miles three times a week. Well life got in the way and I slacked off big time and gained a bunch of weight. Done the c25k program a bunch of times and it is an awesome program. The first time I tried it was completely shocked at how well it worked.

 

Every time I've completed my training I've ran the 5k I worked hard to train for, but then always end up taking a break and eventually stop running for a while. Well I am done with that! Ive decided I want to get back to my peak (at least), so I downloaded the 10k program. I am in the military so fitness is a must for me to keep my job.

 

So I just wanted to take a min and say hello :)
