Question about days

Hi Kellie,

I just started today as well!!! Congrats at making it to day 1!! I also am a smoker and do not workout. I used to be an avid runner about 5 years ago and also quit smoking for almost a year while running. Then life happened. I got in my own way and am trying to change. I would say to keep moving forward on your days. You can do it, day 2 is the same as day 1, so just ease into it. Do not jog too fast and try to control your breathing. When you start to improve you will listen to your breathing and find a rhythm.

Stay strong, you can do this!!
