I need many tips and advice as far as what's best for beginners I've never really been in good shape I'm a bit of chunk! Lol any and all advice is appreciated! Don't be afraid to repeat days if necessary. And be prepared for hard and discouraging days - they will happen - but it will make all the successes feel that much more incredible! Work the program the way it's designed; don't try to go too fast. If you can, invest in a good pair of running shoes. The best would be to go to a running store and have them fit you for the proper pair. Keep at it, you'll soon find your body craving a good run!
