Welcome here Yungbuck,

 

First, you are doung great so far. You can repeat days if you would like, i would do the first week over again for a few weeks and you should see major improvement. Keep walking/running and you will get stronger. Im proud of you for doing this in the first place. Keep it up and we are here to cheer you on. Yay.
