Shado462 Posted May 11, 2015 Report Share Posted May 11, 2015 i'm brand new to c25k and new to exercise in general. I noticed there r only 3 days per week on the program. Am I supposed to repeat the days to get to 6 days and rest on the 7th? Currently I've been running every day now for a week. KellyAnn Posted May 12, 2015 Report Share Posted May 12, 2015 Hi Shado and Welcome here! This is what I tell people and what I do. I usually run/walk 3-4 days a week. For the 4th day, I just run the 3rd day again. I try not to run back to back days, but if you love to run, just make sure you can rest too and not injure yourself. I love to shock my body by doing other workouts on the other days so it keeps my body guessing at every turn and therefore you can get in shape faster too. Before that my body was so exhausted. As someone new to regular exercise taking that break I think is going to be necessary for a while. I am going to work toward daily eventually.
