KTAS Posted May 8, 2015 Report Share Posted May 8, 2015 Hello there. I have done the run now for a couple of weeks and really curious about the end of them. Looking at the "workout" of the run, on my screen it tells me to do a warmup that is a fast walk for five minutes but does not specify as to what the final five minutes should be. KellyAnn Posted May 9, 2015 Report Share Posted May 9, 2015 Hi there KTAS, I usually walk in the beginning and in the end. Then after the last 5 minutes, i stretch.
