Quick question of start and finish.

Hello there. I have done the run now for a couple of weeks and really curious about the end of them.

Looking at the "workout" of the run, on my screen it tells me to do a warmup that is a fast walk for five minutes but does not specify as to what the final five minutes should be. Should it be a slower walk or what else?

Hi there KTAS,

 

I usually walk in the beginning and in the end. Then after the last 5 minutes, i stretch. You can do anything you want to do, as long ad you are cooling off. I never just stop as you will injure yourself. Hope this helps.
