Chipurr1 Posted May 5, 2015 Report Share Posted May 5, 2015 I started my week two. Very determined to do a 5k. I'm not a young chicken but I am on the inside. My nemesis is work. They keep a dish filled with chocolates right in the main path. Ugh. So that motivates me to run after work! Anyone have ideas on resisting? And no the dish can't be taken away sadly.. Its very hard to resist and I fail a lot haha but a lot of times a small bag of raisins or cranberries helps a lot! KellyAnn Posted May 7, 2015 Report Share Posted May 7, 2015 Awesome on your week 2. Avoid that bowlmof chocolates, but it is my weakness. How about a bowl of fresh fruit instead on your desk??? Apples, grapes, etc.... We aare not big sugar eaters here but it is tough , i like sugar free candy but it still had lot of calories in them. Ohhh those sugar cravings.
