But I will do it. Which app have you started with? I wish i would have these apps years ago when I first started running. My favorite is a 10k and 1/2. You can do it. tracylacey Posted May 18, 2015 Report Share Posted May 18, 2015 Hi Renee! I'm in my 40s and using this half marathon app also. I'm 7 weeks in, but attempted my first half marathon on Saturday! I was able to finish, but with lots of walking so I'm going to pick up where I left off with the program and try another half in the near future. Runnergirl11 Posted March 12, 2016 Report Share Posted March 12, 2016 I have completed the 5K and 10K apps. Just downloaded the half. I remember when I started the 10Kapp, it invited me start at week 9 (if I remember correctly) of the 10K app because I had just completed the 5K app. Is there a similar entry point for the half if you have just run a 10K? Or should I start from the very beginning of the half app, regardless of that running I have done up to now? Thank you for your help.
