Abigail Posted April 30, 2015 Report Share Posted April 30, 2015 I m confused. The set up for the 10k training has me training for 3 days out of each week. I trained so far to 3 days of week 1 Then the next raining is for day 1 of week 2. Does this mean I take from today through Monday off for training. Or did I miss some important instructions?
