Cbressler1976 Posted April 25, 2015 Report Share Posted April 25, 2015 Hello all! I started running for three days before I found this app. The first day I ran I was so very tired!! The second day was so much easier! I jog rather than run. Anyway, I jog for two days then rest for one, but I have noticed that with this app we are supposed to run only three days a week.. KellyAnn Posted April 30, 2015 Report Share Posted April 30, 2015 Do what you feel is right, I love to go 4 days a week. Then crosstrain the other days. I have been doing other things and traveling a lot, so I am going to restart the 10k app over again. If you skip ahead and keep on going, do so. GOOD LUCK!!!
