Running schedule

Hello all! I started running for three days before I found this app. The first day I ran I was so very tired!! The second day was so much easier! I jog rather than run. Anyway, I jog for two days then rest for one, but I have noticed that with this app we are supposed to run only three days a week.. Would you recommend just doing a couple of days over rather then going on to the next week early?

Its totally up to you and what you think you want to do. If someone is asking about skipping ahead my reply is always to give it a try. You never know what your body is capable of doing until you push it.

Do what you feel is right, I love to go 4 days a week.   Then crosstrain the other days.    I have been doing other things and traveling a lot, so I am going to restart the 10k app over again.   If you skip ahead and keep on going, do so.
