ylvilove
Hello there more experienced runners, I bought my first ever running shoes last week. I have used them twice and the right toe is rubbing a bit (more today than last run) and I am a bit concerned the shoes aren't big enough. I went to a gait analysis session and told the assistant helping me that I know nothing about running or what kind of shoes to wear, and I am a bit worried that I wasn't informed that shoes that feel perfect in the store will often be too small when running due to expanding feet (I have since found this out online). The left foot is fine and the right shoe is fine apart from the big toe rub right at the front (as opposed to top or all around). I am only sharing this extensive info as hopefully it will help someone more experienced diagnose whether this is common in new shoes and will go away or whether I have wasted in excess of £100 - I am a bit worried as I can't afford new shoes! Many thanks in advance
KellyAnn
Oh No, I hate that when you spend $$ and it doenst fit right? Can you take them back? I buy a size bigger as I have one foot that fits in my shoes differently. I soo hope you can take them back.. That is no fun to run and feel the pain. ylvilove
I did manage to take them back thankfully and I ended up going a FULL size bigger (my trainers run in half sizes). Very happy now xx
