I'm new to working out and dieting so I don't exactly know what I'm doing yet (hehe) so I was wondering if you guys could give me some tips on what has worked the best for you all. I'm 5'5 and roughly 150lbs. I'd like to lose about 35 lbs. I'm in no hurry, I just know that exercise can only go so far if you don't diet. Help please!
