Completely a Beginner

Hey. I'm starting this journey because for one I'm curious about why people love running so much. Also I want to burn body fat and tone my body...I'm over weight just by a little also. And since most runners look great and toned... I'm hoping this will be the start of something great for me. I'm doing other exercises too..I'm just nervous about running but I've been wanting to get into it for a while now.

Running is great way to give you're body an over all workout and its good to hear you are doing other exercises too. When you add strength training to a great cardio program itll help your body build lean muscle. 

Becoming a runner is a lifestyle change and its not easy but its so so rewarding. Be patient with yourself and youll be running like a pro in now. This program will help build your endurance so dont worry about speed or distance yet. Work on your breathing and on your form each time you run and soon theyll become a habit and itll get easier.
