New starter week 1 day 1

I'm so scared to start doing this. I have a race coming up in October for Seymour Pink. Me and a friend of mine are trying to challenge each other. I have been running for weeks and can never seem to do it right. I'm trying to lose some weight so I don't have a lot on my legs and waist. Some one help me please!!!!!

Awe, do not be scared at all. Think of it as a challenge that you can do. It starts you off slow and you can so do this.

 

I am so proud of you. You have taken the first step on your journey.

Hello Yumpkins :) Welcome

Just remember that the journey to a healthy life is a long one and itll take a little bit for you to get the perfect running form to suit your body. Everyone's is different because every runner is different. Remember to be patient with yourself and that any run is a good run.
