Welcome! Running is a great way to get healthy and lose weight and this is a great program for people who have never been runners. It starts you off slowly so you can build endurance and find your form. Just remember, running and exercise is wonderful but diet is half the battle as well. If you start exercising and eating cleanly your weight will take care of itself :)
