Hi there Mel and Sunshine Mom,

 

You def want to do some stretching. Please don't ever ever stretch when your muscles are cold. You will POP a muscle and be diwn for awhile. Warm up for a few minutes and then stretch if you need to. Mel- to stretch your knees, with ine hand , hokd onto amtable or doorway, grab one ankle behing you and stretch the front of your kneecap. Your foot should almost touch your butt. Repeat on other side. Hope this helps.

 

Strecth ONLY warm muscles. Good luck.
