sunshinemom18 Posted March 26, 2015 Report Share Posted March 26, 2015 I always stretch my feet ankles and legs really good before I go. If I don't I struggle through my whole work out. Try lying on your back and raising your legs one at a time and let someone stretch you out good before you go. My son does it for me. KellyAnn Posted March 27, 2015 Report Share Posted March 27, 2015 Hi there Mel and Sunshine Mom, You def want to do some stretching. Please don't ever ever stretch when your muscles are cold. You will POP a muscle and be diwn for awhile. Warm up for a few minutes and then stretch if you need to. Mel- to stretch your knees, with ine hand , hokd onto amtable or doorway, grab one ankle behing you and stretch the front of your kneecap. Your foot should almost touch your butt.
