Guest TrishE
Hello Terri and welcome! What a great reason to start running I was looking up some articles about running with cerebral palsy and it seemed the tips were almost exactly the same as with any new runner. Start slow, invest in a great pair of shoes and work only on your speed later when youre comfortable. http://www.runnersworld.com/health/can-i-run-cerebral-palsy I hope this helps! If not google has a lot of articles to peruse! I hope you keep us posted on your progress we are here for help and encouragement if need be

Getnfitforlife
New runner here, I went to a running shoe store and he helped me pick out the right running shoes for my body and foot type and recommended this app for me. Tomorrow will be my day one. I can't wait to get started.
