Hi, everyone! My name is Ally and I am excited to give this app a try. :-)

 

I just had my second baby in less than 2 years. The second pregnancy definitely took it's toll. I downloaded this app as a companion tool to taking classes at my gym and working out with a friend.

 

I am definitely NOT a runner but I know it is an awesome way to burn fat so I am giving it a shot. :-)

 

Looking forward to the support of this forum.

Welcome! Baby number 1 was why i started so welcome fellow mommy! :)

Running is a great way, not only to burn fat but to give your body an overall work out. It really is the best way to get healthy and its super addicting haha. I wish you the best of luck! I hope you keep us posted on your progress.
