Hi there,

 

What do you mean when the timer runs out??? You don't run a 5kk every time you run the app for the day. It averages in the beginning about 1.5 miles. You then build up as the days go on and you will be running a 5k

 

Is this what you mean?? Are you already running a 5k before you started this app?? If you are,, then you might want start with the 10k app like I did. I was already running a 5k and can hike 10-15 miles.

Hey Amanda,

 

I use the app 3 alternate days a week, I then I use one of those days to run a 4th time. Other days I do strength training, yoga, videos. Bike, hike. Whatever I feel like. Just shock your body by doing different things and your body will love you for it. Happy Running!
