starting tomorrow!

Hello! So I have now lost over 7 stone (101lb) and have decided to throw some exercise in so tomorrow I start the c25k! I have been saying I would do it for ages but I'm a nightmare for putting things off and not sticking to them so any tips on stating motivated would be appreciated :)

Welcome newrunner! Running and working out is very much a mental game as well as a physical one. Training your brain to stay excited and motivated, especially after the newness wears off and your progress has slowed or stopped, is very important. My advice, find some realistic short term goals that you know you can complete in a short amount of time and reward yourself when you reach them, That way the motivation is a little easier to keep up.
