dblack Posted March 4, 2015 Report Share Posted March 4, 2015 I am going to start this program on monday. I am looking to use it as of part of a weight loss journey. It is important that i loss 50 lbs by July of this year. I am 53 and i don't want to buy one item this summer that is a size 16 or 18. The only thing is that i sprang my ankle 2 weeks ago, but it looks like it starts out in away that i should be able to handle. I myself still have quite a ways to go until I reach my goal. Just make sure you keep an eye on that ankle. You dont want to permanently damage something that critical to running! The weight is harder to get off as we get older, man do I know that one. But with determination we can do it. Eat healthy and workout. I find it harder on me to run now with my back , but man I can sure walk fast with lil burst of running. Paleo eating is awesome too. I love it.
