Jac_hoveton
Hi, I've just started with the app. How do I save the data in C25k? In my fitness Pal and my Jawbone Up App the data is saved on a remote server somewhere and if I have to restart the app ever then my data just comes back in. With C25k I was despairing of trying to connect it to My Fitness Pal (still can't - longer story for a different thread) and deleted the app to reload in case that helped, it didn't help but just lost all my C25k data instead. What can I do to have the data backed up somewhere? Many thanks
KellyAnn
Hi Jac. You can sync with MyFitnessPal and go to apps and devices in there and then sync with the app. Other than that I don't think it saves anywhere else. You can contact support and ask them. I also wear a FItbit , but that's because I'm addicted to it. Good luck.
Jac_hoveton
Hi KellyAnn. Even though I have C25k pro, when I try and connect to C25k through MFP it takes me to the App Store to download the free C25k. If I try and connect via share on C25k there are no apps and it takes me to a blank email. Nothing seems to work sadly. Thanks for answering though. ta-huff3
I am dealing with the same issue since upgrading from the free version to the Pro. So disappointing!
KellyAnn
Hmmm. I would def ask support for some help. I've seen this too and it means I am already connected and it just shows up in MFP. Interesting.
