michjones Posted March 1, 2015 Report Share Posted March 1, 2015 I'm Michelle. I'm training for the big London 10k on 12th July. There are 30 of us from work doing it. I have completed Week 2 Day 3 on Friday and I'm wanting to run every other day. My question is should I redo Week 2 day 3 or move onto Week 3 day 1? Only been there once. So beautiful. Totally up to you if you want to move forward. If you feel like you did amazing, then continue on to Week 3. If it was me, I would go forward. Just repeat the weeks you feel like you are struggling with. Iactually love to run 3-4 days myself and repeat the past day over, then do other workouts on the other days, weights, bike, etc...
