michjones Posted March 1, 2015 Report Share Posted March 1, 2015 Hi. I've been following this program for 2 weeks now. I run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday so I'm wanting to go again today. I found last Mondays one quite tough but it was easier on Friday. The great thing about this program is that its built around you and your journey. If you want to push yourself and try the next week but find its too difficult its ok! michjones Posted March 3, 2015 Author Report Share Posted March 3, 2015 Thanks for your reply. I didn't run in the end on Sunday. I did the week 3 day 1 on Monday and it wasn't too bad.
