I had to skip a few of the running intervals but kept walking and completed the 30 min. I have not run in years. Today marked a loss of 15 lbs for me so I'm very motivated to jump start my losing by adding this exercise. Up til now I have just walked. I hope I can keep it up. Anyway, the important thing is I DID use the C25K app again today - my 2nd day in a row. Although I can't run every 'run'section, I'm doing every other one and walking briskly in between.
