Guest TrishE
Welcome phutt! Make sure you have a good pair of shoes and set good goals for yourself ok? Youre starting a great journey to being healthy and losing weight. If you set short term goals and reward yourself when you reach them itll make the difficult times a little easier to stay motivated through. Good luck I hope you keep us posted and know that we are here for help and encouragement if need be
