Today I bought new running shoes and moved onto week 2 day 1. Its working in ways it hasnt before so hopefully itll work through the knee pain. If it doesnt go away I would get it checked just in case, you dont want to permanently injure those knees they're important! Good luck! I hope you keep us posted on your progress!
