In process of quitting smoking and regaining my life and be more active. Just got a gym membership. I'm just a little worried I have some lower back issues which causes back pain when on my feet to long. So a little worried. But I am going to start day 1 week 1 today after work. Wish me luck! Light yoga focusing on back stretching and strength. It helped a lot on those days off when my back was feeling sore from running the day before. Good luck!
