NJCHERYL78 Posted February 21, 2015 Report Share Posted February 21, 2015 I've lost over 100 pounds in less than 9 months. Clean eating, low fat, low carb, high protein diet, exercises 5 days a week. In May 2015 I will be running my first 5K. I've just started C25K and am on week 1 day 3. I have NEVER ran in my life. I am looking forward to this experience and reaching my goal. Other than what I was required to run in P.E in high school, I've never ran either and that was 15 yrs ago. I'm on wk6d3 today and I've been able to do every workout so far. So you can do this too!
