Welcome welcome :) Kelly is right this is a great to get you on your way to a 5k. My advice, set good goals and reward yourself when you reach them because youre doing a great thing for your body and you should have a good time doing it. It makes it a little easier on the days you dont want to do anything especially go for a run.
