Newbie!

Hi I'm Telsey and I'll be starting tomorrow morning! I have four kids (youngest is 20 months) so life is very full but I'm eager to get into better shape. I've been working hard for the past year and a half in regards to my eating habits and I'm now 15 lbs from my goal weight! These last 15 lbs are being stubborn so I know I need to include regular exercise. I want to be strong like I was 10 years ago and I want to have the endurance of a runner. I want to be fit for myself and for my family. Who wouldn't want a wife and a mom who can go on runs and long hikes!? Cheer me on folks... I'm going to need it! :)
