rickperez473 Posted February 17, 2015 Report Share Posted February 17, 2015 I've been dealing with ITBS for a few months now and had to stop running completely for a couple of months after averaging 45-50 miles a week. Finishing the 5k program tomorrow and then I'll try progressing through the rest of them. Hoping that progressing SLOWLY will help to keep the pain at bay. So far so good.
