Mand78 Posted February 15, 2015 Report Share Posted February 15, 2015 Hi, I started with this app last year and did really well. Got to week 8 and then used every excuse under the sun to give up. Mostly the weather, too cold, too wet etc etc. I've now signed up for a 5k in May and want to start running again. I last ran mid December. Should I go back to the beginning? Made it really far then stopped because I had rec sports going on with my husband. I restarted three months later from the beginning and was glad i did because once I made it past the first week I realized I lost almost all my progress. Everyone is different though so maybe you wont have to. Id go for a run and just see how far you can go without stopping thatll give you a good starting point. Good luck!
