I just completed day 2 week 4 and this week really seems much harder to me. Should I repeat the week or push on? Has anyone else felt this and what did you do?

Unless you have an injury I suggest you continue on. Each week was harder than the week before but I trusted in the plan and continued diligently until the end. For me, it worked. With that said, you must listen to your body and do what's best for you. One thing to look at though... summer months are hot, hot, hot and you may not be drinking enough. Be sure you are adequately hydrated. It can make a big difference in how you feel.

I'm 56 and on week 6 day 2. I have hit a wall twice where I've had to repeat a day because my heart rate got too high. I was able to continue on after the repeat. I have also felt so good I've run more repeats than the program required and injured my knees. So whether you feel good or bad, listen to your body and don't overdo it. This program is good, but it's one size fits all and we are not. I may not get there in 8 weeks, but I will get there!
